We are a small, very online studio in Manchester making user-generated-style video and photography for UK lifestyle, beauty and DTC brands. Real faces, real hands, real kitchens — the kind of content that never reads like an advert.

Who we are
A tiny studio that thinks like your customer, not like an agency.
Content Creation Girlies started in 2021 when three of us — a producer, an editor and a very stubborn strategist — got tired of watching brilliant small brands pay agency rates for content that looked like everyone else's.
We are deliberately small. Every project is run by the person who shot it, edited by the person who scripted it, and delivered by the person you spoke to on the first call. No account layers, no handovers, no forgotten briefs.
Most of our clients are founder-led businesses somewhere between their first hundred orders and their first hundred thousand. They need volume, they need it to feel human, and they cannot afford to sit on a three-month production schedule. That is precisely the gap we fill.
Everything filmed by real creators, never generated
Scripts written for hooks in the first 1.5 seconds
Delivered in 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1 without asking
12 months of paid usage rights in every package
What we make
Four things, done properly.
We do not offer everything. We offer the four formats that consistently move numbers for the brands we work with.

The process
From product in the post to content in the feed.
1
Brief & send
A 20-minute call, a short brief form, and your product in the post. We agree hooks, angles and the customer we are talking to before anything is filmed. You approve the script list before a camera comes out.
2
Shoot & edit
We film in our Manchester studio or on location, then edit in-house. First cuts land within 48 hours of the shoot day so you can react while the idea is still warm. One revision round is included.
3
Deliver & learn
Everything arrives in a shared folder, correctly named, in every ratio, with captions. A fortnight later we check what performed and fold the answer into the next batch.
Selected work
What a good month looks like.
Beauty
A Leeds skincare brand
Twelve UGC videos a month replaced a single expensive studio shoot. Cost per acquisition fell by a third within two cycles because there was finally enough creative to test.
CPA down 34% in 60 days
12 videos + 40 stills monthly
4 creators matched to segments
Food & drink
A London kombucha label
We built a repeatable format — one recipe, one hand, one countertop — and made forty of them. The series now runs itself with a shot list their own team can film.
2.1M organic views in 5 months
Format handed over in month 4
Stocked by two new retailers
Homeware
A Glasgow candle studio
Seasonal photography plus founder-led video took the brand from a quiet grid to a genuinely busy Q4. The founder now appears in half the content, which is what customers respond to.

Email CTR up 19%

Why brands stay
The unglamorous reasons people renew.
Nobody renews a content contract because the videos were pretty. They renew because the process stopped being a monthly emergency.
Fixed monthly price. No hourly billing, no scope-creep invoices, no surprise usage fees.
Rolling, not locked. One month minimum, 30 days' notice. You stay because it works.
Rights sorted upfront. Twelve months of paid usage in writing, on every asset, in every package.
Named contact. The person on your first call is the person on your last one.
Product handled properly. Anything reusable goes back to you, insured and at our cost.
Reporting in English. A one-page monthly note on what worked, without a dashboard login.
Packages
Simple pricing, no awkward calls.
All prices monthly and exclusive of VAT. One month minimum, then rolling with 30 days' notice. UK postage for product both ways is on us.

For brands testing whether content can move the needle.
"Honestly the first agency that understood our customer without us having to explain her. The first batch outperformed everything we had made in-house all year."
Priya, FounderSkincare brand, Leeds
"We went from panicking about content every Sunday night to having six weeks scheduled. That alone was worth the retainer, and then the numbers went up too."
Hannah, Marketing LeadKombucha brand, London
"They taught us to film half of it ourselves, which no agency has ever done. Our costs went down and our output tripled. Genuinely lovely to deal with."
Fiona, Co-founderCandle studio, Glasgow
"Fixed price, clear rights, no drama. Our finance team likes them more than I do, and I like them a lot."
Tom, Operations DirectorHomeware brand, Bristol
Good questions
Everything people ask on the first call.
What actually is UGC, and why not just a normal advert?
User-generated-style content looks like a real person talking about your product rather than a brand talking at a customer. It sits natively in the feed, so people watch it before their ad-blindness kicks in. We still script and light it properly — it only looks casual.
Do we need to send you product?
Yes, for almost everything. Send it to our Manchester studio and we cover postage both ways. Reusable items are returned insured within a week of the shoot. Consumables get used up during filming, which we always confirm in the brief first.
How long until we see something?
Ten working days from product arriving to first delivery, and 48 hours from the shoot day itself. Revisions come back within three working days. If you have a launch date, tell us on the first call and we will say honestly whether it is achievable.
Can we run the videos as paid ads?
Yes. Twelve months of paid usage across all platforms is included in every package as standard, in writing. Perpetual worldwide rights can be added for 20% of the package fee at any point, including retrospectively.
Do you work with brands outside the UK?
We work with UK and Irish brands as standard. We occasionally take EU clients where shipping is straightforward, but we are honest about customs delays and we will not promise a turnaround we cannot control.
What if we do not like the content?
One revision round is included on everything. If a concept misses the brief entirely we reshoot it at our cost — that has happened three times in four years and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
Can you train our team to film it themselves?
Yes, and we actively encourage it. The Whole Thing package includes a quarterly workshop, and several clients now shoot half their own content using formats we designed. It makes the retainer go further.
